Beluga Caviar is caviar consisting of the roe (or eggs) of the beluga sturgeon Huso huso
This fish is found primarily in the Caspian Sea, the world’s largest salt-water lake.
Among the most delicate, this caviar has a soft skin and mild buttery texture with a faint flavor of the sea Beluga caviar is known for its soft, very large eggs that are usually silver or black. This caviar has a salty, fishy taste  somewhat of salmon. Some people also believe it has a slightly gritty texture
